Very good, for the price it really packs a punch

Very impressed, the torch was light weight but tremendously bright. Tried it out at Marakele and it easily spotted animal eyes a few hundred meters across the dam. Not sure what the battery life is like yet (it's still new) but used it for the whole weekend without any need to charge it. Little hard to take the red lens off as it clips quite firmly in place, but for game drives at least you don't have to worry about it falling off

Dear Trappers. My shopping experience was fine but the torch I received has a problem with it and does not charge. Please advise on your return policy and what the process is the return the torch/have it replaced.
