Shipping Information
All orders placed online with Trappers are delivered by The Courier Guy. You can track your orders here: https://www.trappers.co.za/a/track
Currently, we only deliver within South African borders.
What is the cost of shipping?
Orders with a value of less than R500 will have a courier charge of R75. Orders over the value of R500 will be shipped free.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After being dispatched, delivery to main cities will take place between 1 and 3 working days, while regional/outlying areas usually take 3-5 working days. The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.
Please note, we fulfil from multiple locations and your order may arrive in more than one package or delivery.
What addresses do you ship to?
We only ship orders to physical addresses ( No postal box ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.
Can I order online and collect in store?
This is currently not a functional option on the website, but we are happy to facilitate this if you would like to collect in store. Please contact us on 011 462 2919 and we will do our best to assist where possible.
Returns
Are you CPA compliant?
Yes, we are 100% CPA compliant.
How do I return a faulty or incorrect product?
If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please contact us on 011 462 2919, or send an e-mail to online@trappers.co.za with your details, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no expense.
Alternatively, you can bring the product into any of the Trappers stores to arrange a refund or exchange.
Clothing and Shoe Sizing Exchanges
If you find that the shoes or any clothing garment is incorrectly sized, please contact us via email , online@trappers.co.za or phone us at 011 462 2919 and we will happily exchange it. We will facilitate the courier collection and delivery of the correctly sized item. We will cover the cost of one exchange per order. Any exchanges thereafter will be at a cost of R150.
Refund and exchange policy
Should you not be satisfied with your Trappers Online purchase, you may return it to any of our stores or arrange for a collection, for a refund or exchange subject to the following:
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Product must be in original condition and packaging (All labels attached and unworn)
- Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase
- Exchanges will be given within 6 months of purchase*
- All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type.
- Trappers will deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds, as per the CPA and ECTA.
We only process refunds or exchanges once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse and they have been assessed.
If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it to any Trappers store, where, if still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the Store Manager subject to reasonable wear and tear.
