Refund and Exchange Policy
At Trappers, your satisfaction is our priority. We are fully committed to complying with all applicable regulations, ensuring 100% CPA compliance.
Refund and Exchange Guidelines
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to any Trappers store or arrange a collection. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of Purchase : Original proof of purchase must be provided.

Product Condition : Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- When returning an item via courier, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging or a suitable alternative, to prevent any damage during transit. No refunds or exchanged will be honored if packaging is in an unsellable condition.

Timeframes :
- Refunds : Must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchanges : Must be requested within 6 months of purchase.
- Exclusions : Refunds exclude delivery fees and donations included in the original order.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ve got you covered!
- Email us at online@trappers.co.za with your exchange details.
- We’ll arrange for courier collection of your current size and delivery of the new size at a fee of R100 , payable before collection.
- Once the item is returned and assessed for eligibility, your new item will be shipped. Please allow 5 working days for processing.
Alternatively, you can visit any Trappers store with your invoice to exchange the item.
Refunds
Prefer a refund? Here’s how:
- Email online@trappers.co.za with your return details.
- We’ll arrange courier collection of the product for a fee of R75 , which will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the date of collection and will be issued according to the original payment method or as store credit.
You can also return the product to any Trappers store. Please bring your invoice with you.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we’re here to assist:
- Contact Us for Collection
- Call 011 462 2919 or email online@trappers.co.za .
- We’ll arrange to collect and replace the product at no cost to you.
- Visit a Trappers Store
- Bring the item to any Trappers store to arrange a repair, refund, or exchange.
Faulty Product Assessment
If the product is still under warranty, we’ll send it to the supplier for evaluation. Depending on their policies and reasonable wear and tear, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Supplier assessments typically take 4–6 weeks .
