Warthog V-Sharp Classic II Sharpner VII

I bought the Warthog V-Sharp Classic II Sharpener VII on the recommendation of a friend who uses one for both his kitchen and hunting knives.

I have now used it on a number of my kitchen knives and am very impressed. There is virtually no learning curve — within a few minutes the knives are properly sharp and ready to use.

I have tried various kitchen sharpeners in the past, but have always found them disappointing. The knives never became particularly sharp and the sharpeners themselves didn't last very long.

The Warthog is a different story. It does the job properly, quickly and without any fuss. I also have no desire to spend time learning to use more complicated sharpening systems.

Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward, effective knife sharpener.
