Poor return process.

This is a review for trappers not the speed strike itself.

I initiated a return, sent via courier, and have not received any acknowledgement from trappers of receipt or update.

Emails not replied to.

Probably fine, but having to do extra admin on my end is very poor process.

WIll not buy online from trappers again.
