Trappers Twist Reversible 35mm Belt

The best service ever from Trappers Clearwater Mall...they made sure I get the best service ever, as always.

However, your online department is fraud, they gave us a product with a lid that had a chip on it, and they were cocky enough to think that it's us who broke it.

I work outside the province of Gauteng but I still use my home address for my online purchases, it's common sense that deliveries will take place in my absence and they will get opened on my arrival, which is why I return the best days after it was delivered, similarly so, I queried the lid the very next day of my arrival.

The argument of the person from online department rubbished my claim, which made me doubt online purchases, especially where he mentioned they use a 4 eye principle when they pack their orders; but this one managed slip their 4 eye principle checking.....I am still not happy and will hold it against Trappers, I pray they don't make another mistake because the hell will break loose.

Well done Clearwater Mall...best service
