Inaccurate Sizing and Poor Support Diminish Overall Value

While the product itself may very well deserve a 5/5 rating, I was unfortunately unable to test it due to issues with sizing. The size chart provided does not accurately match the labeling on the jacket, leading to confusion over whether to order according to the chart or the item received.

Making the wrong choice comes at a cost, as the customer is responsible for return shipping. Unfortunately, the company does not appear to take responsibility for this discrepancy, which makes the process even more frustrating.

For those living in the Western Cape, the added expense and hassle may not be worth it. It might be more practical to consider alternative options.
