Dear Sir/Madam

I ordered the following Special Buy 5 Pay for 4 on Cape Mohair socks with the following content:

Mohair 26 %, Wool 26%, Polyamide 22%, Bamboo 15 %, Elastane 11% (see description of socks and advert below.).

I received one pair of socks with this content, and 4 pairs with the following content:

Mohair 18%, Wool 18%, Bamboo 21%, Cotton 5%, Polyamide 38%

On 19 September I sent a message concerning this order to [****], explaining that I did not receive what I had ordered, asking how to return the unwanted socks and to get the socks I had ordered. To date I have not had any response to my email. Kind regards, Neville Emslie
