Trappers is an outdoor retail store with a compliment of franchisees and corporate stores. The online store is corporate owned and is a division of Trappers Retail. Trappers is involved with the selling of outdoor equipment and apparrel. Depending on the product sold, Trappers may also be responsible for limited after market service, such as repairs or exchanges. Although Trappers functions within these parameters only, we will always try to assist our customers in any way that we can.
Shipping & Delivery
Any order placed with www.trappers.co.za will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days, provided that the details that the customer provides are correct. Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy, and will only be delivered to a physical address (No postal office). Our Couriers require that all deliveries be signed for by the reciever, or by someone on behalf of the reciever. Please make sure that someone is present to sign for you parcel (Consider shipping to your work address for convenience. www.trappers.co.za will only ship within South Africa.
Privacy & Security
www.trappers.co.za does not share any of your personal information with any third party. www.trappers.co.za also does not store any of your credit card information, as per South African legislation. Should you choose to create an account with www.trappers.co.za, your personal information will be stored on our secure server, but your credit card/payment information will be stored with PayU. PayU use security features that are in line with South African legislation to ensure the privacy of your credit card/payment information.
Returns & Replacements
Refund and exchange policy
Should you not be satisfied with your Trappers purchase, you may return it to any of our stores, regardless of where it was purchased, for a refund or exchange subject to the following:
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase
- Exchanges will be given within 6 months of purchase*
If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it to any Trappers store, where, if still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the Store Manager subject to reasonable wear and tear.
Please note cheques are not accepted unless by prior arrangement.

Ordering on www.trappers.co.za is done by adding products to your cart, then using the check out facility to stipulate a payment method and delivery address. www.trappers.co.za currently only delivers within South Africa. If you need to ship something overseas, please contact us to discuss whether this is possible. Upon placing an order, you will receive a Courier tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on The Courier Guy Track and Trace
www.trappers.co.za reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at the company's discretion.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing on www.trappers.co.za pertains to www.trappers.co.za only, and our franchisees cannot be held accountable for online pricing. We will price match any product from a physical store, provided that product is not on special. We will not price match online pricing. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice.
