Shipping and Returns
Who does Trappers use for shipping?
All orders placed online are fulfilled by DSV a trusted name in logistics in South Africa.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping usually takes between 3-7 working days. In order to receive your delivery on time, please make sure that your contact details and delivery address are correct.
What addresses do you ship to?
We only ship orders to physical addresses ( No postal box ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery has someone present to collect the parcel on your behalf if you are not there (Consider sending the order to your work address).
I'm from outside of South Africa, can you deliver?
Unfortunately we currently only ship within the borders of South Africa.
Are you CPA compliant?
Yes, we are 100% CPA compliant.
How do I return a faulty or incorrect product?
If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please contact us on 011 462 2919, or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your details, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no expense.
Alternatively, you can bring the product into any of the Gauteng Trappers stores to arrange a refund or exchange.
Refund and exchange policy
Should you not be satisfied with your Trappers Online purchase, you may return it to any of our Gauteng stores or arrange for a collection, for a refund or exchange subject to the following:
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase
- Exchanges will be given within 6 months of purchase*
If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it to any Trappers store, where, if still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the Store Manager subject to reasonable wear and tear.
