My mug just do not work. Had so much expectations. Went on road trip and after an hour my coffee was cold. Not happy. Thought I bought something amazing.

Package great but arrived 2 weeks late

Hi I love the flask but didn't get to use it for my Kruger trip that I ordered it for. I bought your 1.9lt flask it took 2 days to arrive. That works awesome. I then bought the .35l limited edition for a trip but it arrived 2 weeklater when I was on my camping trip already. I did complain buy never got a response from Trappers. Very disappointed wanted to buy one for my wife will have to look somewhere else. To date no one from Trappers has contacted me.

Careful with that first sip

So I was kinda caught off guard by how effective this thing is.
I made my morning coffee, had Abit of a crazy morning and forgot about it, only to still end up burning my mouth.
No regrets though, can’t complain about something that works too well.
