Sharpening stone to be used in combination with a Lansky sharpening system. This sharpening stone has a medium grit and is intended as an intermediate step in the sharpening process. After the cut of a blade is repaired with a coarse grit, this stone is used to sharpen the knife. Then a fine grit should be used to re-sharpen the knife for an optimal result.
